They really took the extra time to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible for me.  Before the wedding, they took time out of their weekend to travel to Portland and check out the site we were having the ceremony at.  This way we were able to go over any issues that might arise, like where they were permitted to be, what I wanted to make sure was taped, angles that would work best, and all the other stuff I would have never thought of.  This meant that on the day of the wedding I was free to just enjoy it all; everything was already taken care of.

The video turned out great and captured all the important events of the ceremony and reception that I wanted on there.  I was very impressed by how bright and clear the reception scenes were because the room had been so dark.  They were able to catch it all without the bright lights and other distractions some videographers create.  They were also able to catch it all without ever seeming to be in the way.

First of all - THANK YOU!  From the very beginning to the very end.

I sure appreciated the fact that you came to Portland on your own time (on a Sunday) to check out the facility. I thought it was very professional of you to get the details in order before our event.  Point being, we were going to be too busy to answer questions on the day of the wedding.  I really appreciate that. 

You were prompt, effective and professional. You did a great job in communicating with my daughter with important details, and again it was covered before the event which was very important. 

As far as the finished product, we loved it.  We have watched it a couple of times and we will watch more and more.  As parents of the bride, we were overwhelmed with family, friends and emotion and we missed or forgot a couple of moments and you captured them.  Thank you.  I enjoyed the hi-lights in the beginning with the music and the ceremony was beautiful.  The reception was delightful.  We sure had fun watching it.  The slide show at the end was a pleasant surprise too.  Thank you.
